How to take your measurements

Feet and with straight posture, take the measurement from the floor to the top of your head. - Waist
Measures the circumference of your waist at its narrowest point. About 4 or 5 centimeters above the navel. - Hip
Measures the total circumference of your hip at its widest part at the height of your buttocks. - Crotch
Measures the length of the inside of your leg from the crotch point to where the leg ends.
